Unify Health + Fitness is a boutique training studio and recovery wing on the southeast corner of Chandler Boulevard and 42nd Street in Ahwatukee, run by founder Shauna, an esthetician with 16 years in the business who also trained in movement analysis and massage. The gym side is small-group strength, HIIT and functional classes with individual mobility assessments; the recovery side is two private contrast rooms you book by the hour. One holds a full-spectrum infrared sauna, a cold plunge tub and a shower; the other swaps the infrared cabin for a traditional dry sauna. A third room runs Normatec compression boots under Joovv red and near-infrared light. You do not need a membership. A one-hour Infrared Contrast Therapy or Traditional Contrast Therapy session is listed at $70 for the room (one person, 18 and over), and the 30-minute red-light compression session at $60; sessions are also bookable through ClassPass and Wellhub, and cancellations are free up to a day ahead. Because the rooms are private you set your own rhythm, typically 10-15 minutes of heat, a few minutes in the plunge and a repeat, with a shower in the room. Reviewers single out the owner for coaching them through a first cold plunge. Hours run roughly 6-9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, with a short Sunday window, and appointments are required; call or book online rather than walking in.
