Urban Sweat Nolensville
1000 Southwalk Dr Suite 102, Nolensville, TN
Urban Sweat Nolensville is the brand's suburban franchise, run by Brooke and Marlon McCorvey in the new SouthWalk retail development on Nolensville Road, about 20 miles southeast of downtown Nashville in Williamson County. It was announced in October 2024, alongside the CYL acquisition, as the fourth Middle Tennessee studio and the first outside Davidson County. The build-out follows the brand playbook: a suite of locked private rooms holding lay-down infrared pods (30 minutes), a walk-in infrared cabin (40 minutes), a 20-minute red light panel and a 15-minute cold plunge appointment in water that gets down to about 39°F. The brand's booking page lists all four for this address. It serves Nolensville, Brentwood, Franklin and the Cool Springs commute, people who previously had to drive into WeHo or Green Hills for a contrast session. Hours are shorter on the weekend than the city studios, with Saturday mornings only and a short Sunday afternoon window, so book ahead through Vagaro. Pricing is the same across the Nashville studios: a drop-in pod session is $50, a cabin session $60, red light $35 and a plunge $25, with first-timer rates of $40, $50, $25 and $15 respectively and a three-visit intro pack of saunas for $80. Memberships run from four pod visits a month for $65 up to unlimited pods ($300), unlimited cabins ($400), unlimited plunges ($220) or the all-in Triple Threat ($550); a 7-day all-modalities pass is $250 if you are only in town for a week. Sessions are HSA/FSA eligible through TrueMed, and Tuesdays are half-price sauna days. Book ahead through Vagaro or the MindBody app, drink water before you arrive, and bring a swimsuit and earbuds; towels are provided and you are welcome to sauna in the buff behind your locked door. Guests must be 18 or older for the sauna and red light. Each Urban Sweat franchise gets its own custom mural with symbols chosen by the operating partners, so expect the brand's black-and-white look with a local twist. Parking is in the SouthWalk lot.
