Well & Being Spa opened in August 2021 as part of a $30 million refresh of The Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort on Legacy Drive in Frisco, and it is run by Trilogy Spa Holdings, the group behind the Well & Being spas in Scottsdale and elsewhere. It is a treatment-first hotel spa: seven treatment rooms and a couples suite, three co-ed relaxation lounges, a halotherapy salt chamber, and men's and women's locker rooms with eucalyptus steam rooms and rain showers. There is no sauna and no cold plunge; the steam room is the heat, and the salt chamber (+$25 per booking) is the add-on. Outside, spa guests share the resort's outdoor pool, waterslide and Jacuzzi with hotel guests. Access without a hotel room comes two ways. Any treatment includes unlimited same-day use of the lounges and steam room, with a 30-minute early arrival recommended to use them, and ResortPass sells a Spa Day Pass from $99 (adults 18+) covering the relaxation lounge, steam room and salt chamber with no treatment required. A $119-a-month membership bundles one 50-minute treatment with steam, pool, Jacuzzi and fitness access on service days. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday and Wednesday through Friday, 9 to 6 Saturday and 10 to 5 Sunday, closed Tuesday; cancel four hours ahead to avoid the full fee, and keep phones silent, since calls and recording are barred in shared spaces. For thermal purposes this is a steam-and-salt stop rather than a sauna destination, best paired with a treatment or a resort pool day on Legacy Drive near the Stonebriar mall.
