WellHaus Club is a polished Buckhead recovery club on the ground floor of 371 East Paces Ferry, next to the Thompson hotel and across from The Sylvan. Its signature is Fire & Ice: private suites, each pairing an infrared sauna with its own cold plunge, a Google TV, and a shower stocked with Aesop products and a full vanity (hair dryer, dry shampoo, micellar water). You get chilled lavender towels, eucalyptus spray and robes, and you can stream your own podcast in the sauna over Bluetooth. Standard suites take up to two people for an added fee, and a Grand Sauna Suite fits four. The plunges run Renu filtration with filters changed daily. Beyond the thermal suites the club offers red light, oxygen and compression, hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT), IV and NAD+ therapy, peptides and chiropractic care. Fire & Ice comes in 25- or 55-minute sessions, and you can also book a 45-minute solo sauna or a single plunge. New clients can try a week of unlimited Fire & Ice, red light, oxygen and compression plus one HBOT session for $79, and that amount is credited toward a membership. A Fire & Ice unlimited membership is $169 a month, and credit plans run from $169 for 8 credits to $529 for 50 (a 25-minute Fire & Ice is one credit), with a three-month minimum. Five- and ten-session packs are sold too. Bring a swimsuit or shorts and a sports top and a dry change of clothes, arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit, and park in the building deck, which is validated for two hours. Appointments are strongly suggested, though walk-ins are taken when a suite is open, and late cancellations inside four hours cost $30. It is aimed at people who want a hotel-spa level of finish on a quick contrast session, and its three Fire & Ice suites make it feel more like a private club than a busy studio.
