Wesley Wellness Club
4621 Ross Ave Ste 100, Dallas, TX
Wesley Wellness Club is a women-forward boutique fitness and recovery club on Ross Avenue in Old East Dallas, founded by corporate attorney Kyle Davis Degen and named after her daughter as, in her words, a love letter to busy women who never find time for themselves. The club pairs heated small-group classes with a Restore corner built around a Sunlighten infrared sauna, a cold plunge and two infrared lymphatic massage rollers, and a bistro-style lounge with an acai bowl bar where members linger after class. It is designed with women in mind but open to anyone. You do not need a membership to use the heat and cold: a single sauna or roller session is $39, a single cold plunge is $26 (or $179 for ten), and a $69 day pass bundles one class with all of the recovery amenities. Members choose between Recover at $189 a month for unlimited sauna, roller and plunge with classes at $25 each, Just Move at $229 for classes only, or Limitless at $329 for everything, with a $119 two-week unlimited trial to start. Restorative sessions are reserved online through the class schedule, the plunge in short slots where two to three minutes is the house advice, and the rollers can be booked side by side with a friend. Doors open at 5 a.m. on weekdays and close early on Fridays and weekends. The tone is intimate and social rather than hardcore: reviewers describe a clean, calm, modern room, small classes and a staff that remembers names, and the space doubles as a venue for bridal showers and company gatherings.
